Hey hey, world wide web. Long time no blogger blog post. It's because I moved. Not physically... but I now run my Carriemels blog on tumblr. (No, it's not you it's me... Yes there is someone else... and he is just a friend...but he happens to work at Tumblr so. Yeah. There it is. On the table. Sorry.)

Head on over and see what the hell I am up to not only in the kitchen trying to launch this company, but my nutty and strangely normal feeling life here in NYC. Although, let's be real: how normal can a life be in this insane city where there is no such thing as a routine unless you work at a corporate M-F 9-5? So! The blog is beginning, the website is almost ready to go live, and well, there are 4 amazing flavors of carriemels that will be available for this holiday season so far!

Just so you know, I am always open to suggestions as well...nothing is more fun than experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes and new flavor combinations!
